Ten Toe Express Program: Get on Board to a Healthier You

Citizens for Modern Transit launched the Ten Toe Express program in the St. Louis Region in 2007 linking walking with public transit use resulting in a healthier, more active lifestyle. The Spring 2010 Ten Toe Session will kick off next April.

2010 Public Registration Events - Walk more, Live Healthy, REGISTER TODAY!
The Spring 2010 Ten Toe Express session will be held from mid-April through early July 2010, and is free to participate.

When I first read an article in the local paper about a program called Ten Toes Express, I thought that it sounded like a good way to get some exercise.  I signed up for the program and have been participating in it for several years.  Not only did I get exercise but I learned how to use public transportation.  I had not used Metrolink prior to this and am now very comfortable with it and use it on my own.  - Pat Killian, Spring 2010
